Vinyl Room by Live Nation is a music lover’s paradise; both a musical anthology and a sanctuary for sound. Inspired by 1970s Japanese Listening Rooms, the concept reimagines recorded music as a shared, immersive experience, designed to sit in dialogue with the energy of live performance.
A space where analog and live sound coexist, Vinyl Room offers a VIP space away from the intensity of the main stage. A place to pause, connect, and experience music with intention. Whether it’s the soft crackle of a record or the pulse of a show just beyond the walls, the space is designed to hold both, balancing intimacy with energy.
The identity draws from both analog music culture and modern hospitality, grounded in the belief that great sound is something to be crafted and experienced. We developed a bold, condensed wordmark inspired by vinyl cover typography, confident, graphic, and rooted in 1970s design, while remaining distinctly contemporary.
The color palette reflects warmth and atmosphere, using rich tones and gold accents to create a sense of depth and escape. Designed as a complement to the main venue, Vinyl Room becomes a considered environment where materiality, layout, and sound all work together to shape a more intentional listening experience.
Photography and art direction capture spontaneous, candid moments through bright, warm flash lighting. The result feels intimate and immediate, a documentation of nights that unfold organically, where music, people, and environment move in sync.
